Members DethMetalDrums
Hey guys, first post on this account (old one=TamaMan) Anyway, one of the bands I'm in is opening for Watain on halloween and it'll be the first time I use my acoustic/electronic hybrid setup at a professional club. So my question for anyone who uses electronic drums is, are there any problems I might encounter using this setup? (electronic toms/bass drum, acoustic snare/cymbals)
Members SYMBOLIC
The only thing that I can think of off the top of my head, is that if the club doesn't have good monitoring for you or the band, you guys may have problems hearing what your playing. I'm sure Carm. will have more imput b/c he has more experience with this sort of thing.

Members korgan
Obviously, make sure your snare is miked. Otherwise it will carry from the stage while the rest of the kit is heard through the pa.
Members boxofrocks
All I could think of is making sure you and the band can hear everything. It might muddy up the monitor mix. And yeah mic everything so it all comes out the mains.
