Members Jarick
Been using the same Pearl bicycle throne for 12 years now. Looks brand new. I get plenty of support and don't slide around.
Members neurokasm
been using a roc n soc lunar nitro throne for a couple years now. i like it ok but i'm gonna get a threaded spindle style soon because the hydrolic lift on it seems to be getting weaker. it drops on me at random times, it always had some "bounce" to it before but now its just crapping out on me but yeah, roc n soc is good

Members marko46
The one in our bathroom has always been high on my list. But my new Roc-n-Soc is running a close second.
Members polarnewfie
Whatever you do, don't buy the POS Gibralter bicycle seat throne I bought. My a$$ hates me now. The seat is still rock hard after 3 years. I can't believe I gave my old throne away the day I got the Gibralter, even though it was a bit tattered, it still felt like heaven compared to this slab of concrete. Members mikestix78
i use that tama ergo rider throne with the backrest. It is the best throne i have ever used. way better than the pork pie round one i had. it's firm so it supports well, and if you play heel up you'll like the cut outs for your legs to be able to move. Members sunn 0)))
i have the pork pie. soooo comfy. after playing with my old stock pork pie, this one felt like sitting on a thundercloud full of marshmallows...

Members BrianSimsCAD
gibraltar was my favorite throne that I had. Members boxofrocks
Gibraltar here, same kind of design as roc n soc, but it's cut different, it fit me better. I think $145 was about right, sounds like what I paid.

Members FitchFY
I never cared about thrones until you guys... when I needed to replace mine, I put in the cash and got a Tama First Chair Ergo Ride, and my butt is a very, very happy butt nowadays. I gave a lesson this past week, and after the guy played my kit for like 2 minutes, he immediately said "Wow, my next investment is a better seat." Members RickP
I always cheaped out when I bought thrones, but about 5 years back bought a Tama First chair wide rider bicycle seat throne with the adjustable back rest and any back strain issues I had have disappeared. This throne is excellent very sturdy does not wobble and is really comfortable. My guitar player said it is like playing from a LaZBoy and he is right. I really like the RocNSoc thrones as well -though they are alittle bulkier than the Tama. I have always wanted a cannister throne though as I appreciate things that are versatile and can be used for more than one purpose.
