Members Okieslims
I'm going to be getting a drum set soon. My budget is 500.00. I would like something that will last me a couple years as I progress from amateur to novice and so on. I need to get some drums, cymbals, and a hi hat without exceeding my budget. I've found a few deals on craigslist, but I'm not sure what brands to go for and my ear isn't really trained to recognize the difference between quality drums and crappy drums at this point.. so please shoot me some advice.. thanks in advance. Members Wellhungarian
Buy this one. If you decide drumming is not for you, then you can eat it, sell the cymbals/hardware and break even:thu:
Members lossforgain
Okie, you might check out my Gear Wisdom thread. I recommend you look at some Ludwig, Tama, Yamaha, and Mapex stuff. The new Ludwig Element series looks GREAT!
