Members slap happy drums Posted May 17, 2009 Members Share Posted May 17, 2009 So we made this drum out of recycled wood and an Obama/Biden sign(steel from the sign made the three rings , the sign itself wraps the rings) + rope and head = drum. It's in an online Red White and Blue craft contest , not sure what we'd win but the company could sure use the help , so..... Very impressive, although maybe you should of went with a darkened skin. All lame jokes aside your work is looking great, I love all the recycled/mix of staves.
