Members Andy315
Okay so I have an XL Protechtor Elite Air brand cymbal case and I have 6 cymbals total if you count the hi hats individually. Here's my problem...I have a pair of zildjian quick beats and I've figured out a way to fit everything in with that damn flat bottom cymbal, now I'm thinking of taking wuhan china's on tour and saving my K china from the wear and tear of the road but I'm pretty sure it'll never fit in the case. Anybody wanna suggest some new stacking pattern? Here's a list of my cymbals:14" Quick Beats18" A Custom19 A Custom21" Z Mega BellAnd now a 20" Wuhan Can you help?! Members 1001gear
Pack the flat thing with the snare drum.
Members cearleywine
I've never had a problem packing the quickbeat bottom last. I'd try 21, 19, 18. hihat top, china, hihat bottom.
Members boomerweps
Just like when you get a new girlfriend, you just have to try out and see if everything fit ;>) Seriously, no replacement for trying to fit everything into your case. Otherwise, it's like trying to teach someone how to drum on a forum posting. Boomerweps
Members Stark
I put my china in the pack of the case, turned away from the ride so it just pokes the back. It helped me fit: -14" Hats-16" Crash-18" Crash-14" China-18" China-18" Ride Into a zildjian cymbal bag.

That's what I've been doing but the problem now is the way the wuhans are made...they have the "nub" at the center like Paiste chinas do so it's even taller than a normal china. Members manoeuver
leave the china and crash cymbals at home. prolly switch out the ride, too. add a PBJ and you're ready to tour!
Members Living Dead Drummer
I have a Humes and Burg case I take on the road. I fit everything in like this: 21" Z Custom Mega Bell Ride20" Crash19" Crash19" Crash14" Hats10" Splash18" China The China is the only thing that I can't screw down with the threaded pole in the case, but I can still cover it with the lid and buckel it down. Never had a problem with it not being safe.

Well like you said, you got this to save your K so maybe just leave it out of the bag if it doesn't mean much to you.
Members slap happy drums
Wrap the china up in a towel or blanket and find somewhere to stick it.
Members D Carroll
Get a cheap bag as well, Thats what I had to do, just to keep my 2 wuhan chinas in, and then I have a nicer bag for my 2 rides, and my 16" hats.
Members danrothmusic
My 16" Wuhan fits nicely on top of my snare drum in the bag. Try putting it (or other cymbals) in the drum cases
