GC, MF and 123 ... show a "pre-order" for the drum, some at a lower price and some at a higher price than the current drum, on their web site. Does this mean a new version is forthcoming? Are the three stores just yanking our chain? Is it simply "creative marketing"? I wouldn't mind having one of the 6 x13 models, especially if it were at a true clearance price. That's what is so crazy. One site will have the "new pre-order" 6.5x13 drum for $281.99 and the sister store has it for $195.49 Go figure. Might pull the trigger this weekend IF there is a true clearance price. I see tags in the local GC all the time that have a clearance or special price tag and the regular price on the flip side, both with the same price!
