Members akaiser77
Mine are the Pro-Mark Ian Paice Signature sticks. They are the perfect weight and size for me, and they are very durable. These things last forever. Apart from the Paices, I am also a fan of the Pro-Mark Dave Lombardos. For some reason, however, these are the sticks I break most frequently. What about you? Members cdawg
vic firth steve jordan. i started playing 7a's, but i play too hard and break them too much. so, jordans are a tad thicker and a bit longer. good balance for me.

Members BeakerArk
I prefer the Vater 5A "Blazer" maple, w/ nylon tips. I find myself using a Vic Firth 7A nylon tipped stick a lot, as well. . .

Members polarnewfie
SD1 Generals. Or my Headhunters CC maples. I love the lightness of maple,, and if its good straight figure the sticks will be of decent durability. (for me anyways) Seem to get the sweetest tones on rimshots with maple sticks. For practicing rudiments though I recently got the Pro-Mark 5BG (Benny Greb Signature), which I really like. Going to try them on the set now. Members JohnCav
vic firth danny carey sigs. I had the pleasure of trying a pair of these. Really nice sticks. I have really small hands though. Ive been playing Pro Mark 5A's, theyre japanese oak or something. I dont have a pair closeby to check for you. They last FOREVER though. Started using a new pair last monday. Practiced every day this week for about an hour a day + my pad. They show maybe 10-15 little hits in them. Thats it. Combine in I dont hit cymbals very hard and they last me for a good month+

I have really small hands though. i've always played generally bigger sticks - 2B's mostly - so it wasn't a huge change for me. i really dig the taper on them.
