Members jenksdrummer
Yee-haw? My kit's probably the biggest saturn kit on the forum...and I think I was the first owner of saturns that frequent this forum. So...yeah.. =/ 3 floor toms, 5 mounted toms, bass drum, snare drum. I'd post the dimensions, but why bother...all those drums, and right now it's half-assed set up as a 4-piece, w/ 2 crashes, ride, hats. My cymbals (for that kit) are Paiste Signatures...mic'd currently with Audix D series, into a pair of FireStudio Projects...lol Anyhow.

Members ssdrums
Yah, it's new and I'm in love. They set me back $1099 w/ shipping included. Shell pack only. I was pretty happy with that. I had been looking at ludwig Centenials for the same price, and am psyched I ended up with these . They sound so nice. just a whole new dimension to my playing(not to mention a whole new dynamic range). They really sing. My vintage set was(and is) awesome. But it's a much more subdued kind of palette. The Saturns have a way of sounding modern but keeping that richness i love in my vintage kit. even my cymbals sound more filled out when paired with the saturns. Members danrothmusic
When I was first starting lessons, there was a Mapex kit in the shop that had the same finish, but in sparkle. Beautiful kit, man, glad they sound good, too!
