I do cause it's supposed to be good for business (SlapHappyDrums), I'm skeptical, yet I have had people mention the twittings to my wife, still any actual sales increase is unknown.

I tend to feel pretty damn narcissistic when tweeting, I have 60 some followers, but I can't imagine any of them really care what I'm doing (cept my mom)
