I don't know anything about slingerland, but this kit looks awesome. What do you guys think it's worth??

I bet he comes in at the 800 to 1K mark cause of the age. Is it worth it...not in my opinion... If it's in good shape with all the finish intact, it should IMO go for about 500-600...looks like it's just shells...

I'd be a little careful with that one - Hard to tell in the small pics but some stuff just looks wrong to me (especially the ludwig style ride tom mount) - I can't even tell if it has rerings in the interior pic. And the guys terminology in the ad indicates he doesn't know anything about it either. "Crimped rims, toms meant to be changed out"...no. If he knew the kit was valuable and what it is worth he be askin' for it I think, not soliciting blind offers.

If you like the price he comes back at you with ask him for the full sized pics & pm lossforgain maybe with them...or me, but I am not an expert just a vintage enthusiast but I can see the most obvious stuff. and get a badge pic too.

the vintage slingerland caught my eye too. After viewing my first thought was these are a collection of the worst sizes.
