But I feel we, my Brothers, are being held back by the man, and it's gone too damn far! We need to rise up and tell the man that without drummers, time would be but an enigma, a literal figment of their imaginations! Where would the lyric of the singer be in verse? the break!Where would the rhythm guitar be? A 1/4 note behind.Where would the bass be?Befuddled in transition.Where would the keys be?Playing the solo for In-A-Gadda-Divida, over and over and OVER! Unite my rhythmic brotherhood of the stick, the head, the cymbal and double/single pedal. Enough has Shirley came and went. The times, they are a changing. The Move of The Groove has begun.
