Anybody know what this is?

17" listed for $60 on CL, the finish looks kinda ZBT'ish to my eyes:

I think it is a one off cymbal created in the process of developing new cymbals. It could be from any line, but to me it looks like a Z custom. It could be good, it could be bad. If you really liked it, it would be very hard, if not impossible to get another. Price doesn't seem too bad, go check it out.

I'ma hafta go with SYMBOLIC on this one. He's dead on the call of the Z line.

Thx dude. It's listed in my home town (about a 3 hr drive) so I'd have to go have a buddy pick it up w/o me hearing it....and he's a Vertical.

Still, for 60 bones I might take the chance.

Any other opinions before I pull the trigger?

Looks to be in good condition from what we can see. As long as there's no small edge cracks man. Plus, know that this type/series cymbal will probably only be applicable to heavy rock because of it's harshness. At I think the Z lines are harsh. A lot of guys use them though. It's the only Zildjian series that you can get a mega-cup on. But hell, it wouldn't be hard to roll back over if you don't like it after you get it man.
