Members artstarcordia
Yes, I want to hear your thoughts on this NEW Roland TD-30 Super Natural unit!
Members Intruder1400
Expensive, Like all Roland stuff! It is the best stuff however. The 30 looks cool but I think the colors will make it a start at the beginning rather than mix and match with what you may already have.I do not plan to buy it. Members soundcreation
Just watched the youtube demo. Interesting I guess. Thing is though....it still sounds like a module. Velocity range still sounds very limited and machine gun effect is still noticeable. Simple fact is triggered software like BFD2 or Superior will blow that away in terms of getting realistic drum set sounds. I would not trade my TD9 triggering BFD2 through my Mac Pro.....for that TD30. Although I suppose anyone who could afford the TD30 could probably afford a top flight computer and the software anyway...lol.
