I have heard the White Trash Horns, BS&T horns, Chicago, Earth Wind & Fire and the ever popular Tower of Power...NOBODY's and I mean NOBODY's horns can play like these guys...sorry TOP, the bar has officially been raised! OMG... I shot video and I'm trying to see if any of them came out...I hope so! They played from 10:45pm to 12:30am...non stop...no breaks...no pauses...no horrendously long jams. NON STOP ENERGY from the first note on! Every member of the band soloed...sound was pumping! They have lost one mummy...OOZEY (2nd trumpet). He was missed for entertainment purposes, but the horns were still exquisite. I wish every musician can hear this band live. They truly sound EXACTLY the same as their recordings...so much so that I think I'll buy their live album instead of their studio stuff, although I might have to get both!
