Reliability/Durability

So far so good. I bought it used from Daddy's in Boston and the power supply and red plastic cover for the program number were broken. I sent it back to Daddy's and they fixed it under their 30 day used stuff warranty. Its back, powers up a-OK, and the programs number cover has been glued into place. Seems very solid, swithces work well, all metal construction. By the way, if you live in the N East, Daddy's is awesome for used gear. I give it an 8 because it obviously took some abuse. Now that its fixed, i trust it.

General Comments

Very usefull for controlling midi gear. Use the 2 xpression pedals to control what you want, then ther are 10 buttons to send midi controller number data. There is also a bypass switch to be used to control delay tap tempo, amp channel changes, and momentary footswitch funtions. Whats cool is the bypass button sends its info with a standard guitar cable to control real analog devices like a channel switching amp. Good value here. It does what it should very well, and doesnt cost as much as some other controllers. I give it an 8 because the rocktron and bradshaw units would put it to shame, but they are very expensive.
