Anyone know how to set up online sales if you're outside of the US??

Hi everybody, great new forum. :thu:

I want to be able to sell my tracks online but SNOCAP still only caters for US residents. Does anyone know of any other companies who deal with European residents? (Either the UK or France)

Thanks in advance. :poke:

Well, TuneCore delivers your music to all iTunes stores worldwide, which includes U.S., Canada, U.K., E.U., Japan, Australia and New Zealand. Other stores, like eMusic and Napster, have international arms as well.

Thanks for the reply Peter.

There are a lot of Brits on this forum so this info will be very helpful to them too. I'll check out the tunecore website but maybe it would be useful if you could just outline the process and pros/cons of using you guys.

I'm sure the fact that Anderton has invited you here will reassure people that your company is genuine and won't rip people off. I think this issue is still something that makes a lot of us songwriters a little wary when deciding who to trust and how to proceed.

Peter is very uncomfortable "blowing his own horn" on this forum, which I understand. He is (justifiably) proud of TuneCore, but also doesn't want to denigrate the competition. I suggest you go to the TuneCore web site and check out the FAQs and such, you'll find the answers you need there.

I have heard nothing but positive things about TuneCore, and Peter is a very straight-ahead guy. I would certainly trust them with my music, in fact, I will be doing just that in the near future.

No problem, I understand. :thu:

I looked at their site and it seems like a great way to go.

I'm warm all over!

But yes, I'm always happy to send everyone and anyone to our FAQ. I wrote it so people would have a place to get solid facts. That helps everyone--I hope even those who use other digital distributors check our our FAQ!
