DnB MCs, etc. who MC during a DJ's set)? and does anyone know where I can find resources/info about this? I could do without MC DUB 2, but I think MC J-Messinian is the MAN. a good resource on the DNB side would be www.drumnbassarena.com - as they feature dnb mcs and djs on a regular basis. Members uvacom-rotatt Posted December 15, 2002 Members Share Posted December 15, 2002 I think most DnB MC'ing is obnoxious on a recording, but can be pretty cool live, because on big club speaker stacks the MC'ing doesn't sound so loud and dry. I remember Stevie Hyper D used to get the crowd going nuts live back when he wasn't dead. I think old hardcore/rave MC'ing like Bug Kahn & Plastic Jam, some of the old FSOL et al was just awesome though. 'We Hate Sunrise!' Indeed.
