When I do my mixed covered exercises from f4-b4, all my vowels sort of converge to oh. my ahs sound like oh, my eee goes to falsetto, "eh" goes to "oh"

what do I do. how do i fix this? I know vowels converge to a degree up in the higher ranges, but what I do is ridiculously bad.

Haha, appleface. Around here we have this place called Pie Face. It sells all different pies. My friend used to go around always saying "Shut your pie hole" and she'd say it like "hooole" like Cartman on Southpark used to talk? Kinda like heole...so whenever we see a Pie Face outlet, we say SHUT YOUR PIE HOOOOLE! (appleface reminded me of that...*weirdo*) lol
