I'm a 23 year old female vocalist from lovely England. I'm always looking for tips and ways to improve my vocals, and although I consider myself a bit clueless technically, I do have lots of live and recording experience so while I'm not massively knowledgable, I'm sure I can probably offer something useful to somebody, somewhere. I currently gig regularly in a live function band and an acoustic duo, as well as write my own tracks and do the odd vocal cameo on tracks for DJs and producers. I'd love to know what kind of singing backgrounds you're all from, so I thought I'd start a little thread for those of you who'd like to introduce yourselves and offer a short bio on what you do. Feel free to post clips and links to your music on this thread too. I'll admit I've been stalking the board a bit and so have heard some of you but I'd love to listen to anything you'd like to share. I'll post a link to some of my stuff - not because I'm a 'listen to me, critique me, pleasepleaseplease tell me I'm good' type newbie, but just so you get an idea of the kind of sound I have and can decide whether you'd like to ignore any advice I give!!
