Members Jersey Jack
Ignore Urca. He's our resident troll, using his made-up word to express some sort of mocking disapproval. I liked your performances a lot. You occasionally get a little unstable on the very lowest notes, but your leaps to your higher range were very good, as was the singing and guitar playing generally. The one suggestion I have is this: You don't seem to look at your audience; rather, you focus attention in the area of the guitar neck. This isn't necessarily a flaw (the early Dylan would look up at the ceiling/sky while performing) but it's generally a good idea to engage the audience, acknowledge their presence, etc. They like to feel important. But nice work!

But nice work! Thanks JerseyJack I really appreciate your feedback. I did feel I was struggling on the lows, I'll have to practice that range a bit more. At this particular gig, the lights were at eye-level onstage, so looking out was a bit of a nightmare, but that's no excuse for all my other gigs you are absolutely right that I need to make more eye contact... and I need to work on talking/explaining my songs inbetween.. I tend to rush the talking I think, like I don't want to bore the audience, but thinking about it now, if I see someone taking their time and giving a brief back-story on a song, I just read them as being confident, not boring (as long as they are concise with it ). Members ido1957
Good singing - glad to see you have a place to excercise your vocals and get paid to do it!
Members JohnBenussi
Did you write these all yourself? Man, I really like the structure of the tunes specifically, "wish." I enjoyed the songs and the style was relaxing. It's hard to hear your voice centered but its probably due to the venue/recording of your tunes. Anyway we can hear some tunes recorded? I'd really like to hear more.
Members Alt-me
Cheers guys Yes, I write these myself. A few of my songs are on my Myspace if you want to listen. I'm glad this thread didn't come off as spammy and I really appreciate the feedback. Thanks very much
