I spent days trying to perfect the piece but it is incredibly difficult. Brian Mnknight is incredible and I hope I did him some justice through my attempt at his song. The video is a bitt over-dramatic

Davey...

I've got a few questions but first GREAT FARKING JOB MAN!!!!:thu::thu::thu:

This rendition was soulful, on key, showed your own originality

and multiple talented characteristics with regard to improvisation, control, and phrasing.

Did you record this live, on the fly, or were the parts edited?

Either way it doesn't matter really, I was just curious.

You definitely did it justice but if I may interject with some

(constructive) criticism:

Hone your vibrato, and try varying speeds depending on

emotion/verse, and/or when the song changes.:thu:

Don't sweat it your thread has *only* 60 some odd views.

1.) This forum has been quite stagnant

2.) people are intimidated by real talent (like yours)

I think if anything people should be humbled by talent

try to learn from it

and be happy for another persons success!

Now get out there bro and perform!:cop:

Meh, what can I add to what has already been so well said.....

I asked my parents for singing lessons, and they bought me an Eventide reverb unit.

I love reverb , especially with falsetto, I love falsetto if I have a good reverb unit.

Good job......
