Yes, there are units that do what you want! No, they can't do it for cheap. TC Electronics/Helicon is your best bet.
Members Jersey Jack
I'm not aware of an inexpensive unit that does both. If you truly mean to use it only for recording, you should probably look into software. Many, if not most DAWs these days have some form of pitch correction software already built-in, and then there are the industry-standard plug-ins by Melodyne and Autotune. I would assume that one of their bundles would include a harmonizer, but I've never researched this myself. If you think you may want to use this stuff live, TC Helicon has several pricey options. The VoiceLive2 is the Cadillac of on-stage vocal processing--it does everything, more than anyone really needs and much more than you are likely to need, given your forum name. For $800 it's certainly upmarket. The combo of VoiceTone Correct and Harmony-G pedals is a little more reasonable--$500 for the two--and it will give you what you need without the bells and whistles of the VoiceLive2. I have this rig, but over time I find I don't use the Correct much any more, preferring to go with the Harmony-G alone. If you can do without the pitch correction, the Harmony G is imo the best vocal processing pedal on the market for the solo performer--and the best value for the money ($250). It does harmony, auto-tone correction, and vocal effects (reverb & delay)--all in one package.

Members peridot1
Digitech VL4 I think is the cheapest out there with both. I've had one and it's a nice box but $500.

Members fingerpicker
Spending the money on voice lessons is a much better investment, and it's much easier to live with oneself The original poster asked for a HARMONIZER with PITCH correction.Voice lessons????C'mon man I've listened toyour clips and both you and I would benifit with light pitch correction for recording. I never believed this until I went to a real, pro studio. Light pitch correction doesnt take the place of singing well, but can be very useful. You are asking for 2 different things.Yes, there are units that do what you want! No, they can't do it for cheap.TC Electronics/Helicon is your best bet Well.............WRONG!!.There is a new pedal: Boss VE-20 that does Harmony, pitch correction, effects, and a looper in one pedal!! I havent tried it yet so i dunno how good it is. its $250.....I would say its pretty cheap!! Again havent used it but there are video reviews and it looks promising
Members Ispellgood
Here is another pedal with harmony and pitch correction. The Boss VE-20 doesn't handle key changes unless you program it before hand. The Vocalist Live 3 will. http://www.americanmusical.com/Item--i-DOD-LIVE3-LIST It's $299 http://www.digitech.com/products/Vocalist/Vocalist_VL3D.php The VL3D is $299 as well. It has a MIDI input and is designed for studios and keyboard players. You can use an external switch with it but it would cost more. You might as well get the Live 3.
