Members tinker925
For some reason the bigger the crowd the worse I get "cotton mouth" ! Nope no other activities cause it! Is drinking lots of water the only solution?
Members ido1957
Never heard of that symptom from what I assume is nerves. Are you warming up like usual and avoiding all the things you should?
Members grace_slick
I've had this, and I don't think it's 100% nerves. I've had it when just singing alone at home, so...no. lol. For me, sometimes I get dry-mouthed simply because I'm just not creating enough saliva momentarily. Generally when singing, your mouth is open and you're taking in and singing out a lot of air, which will tend to dry out the mouth somewhat. Other times though I find I have too MUCH saliva cause I don't have time to swallow between singing. So that's kind of unpleasant too, heheh.
