We are not looking for the growler/screamer types, but it certainly wouldn't hurt if you possessed those skills IN ADDITION to a traditional vocal styling. Maybe it be best if you would post an ad not only to the internet but to schools, churches or a place where people really go to. That would make it easier for you.
