Hello ,can you help in shedding some light on how the roto Tom attaches to the rapid tune pedal .I know the bottom ring is threaded & the top is like an upside down cup.it seams like the control would operate tensions of the top ring.please help the C shaped mount is a mystery.thanks Scott.
