    For electric guitar; GHS Boomers, Burnished Nickel, Nickel Rockers and Brite Flats in 10-46 gauge except for Gretsches iI use 10-48. For Acoustic; GHS Bright Bronze, White Bronze, Phosphor Bronze and Vintage Bronze. Mostly in 11-50 gauge, but occasionnally in 12-52.

    There was a dark brown cigarette like a skinny cigar out called Sherman's in the 1970s that was popular for dipping in PCP and smoking to get high. So the slang for PCP became Sherman's, then Sherm & finally Sherman Hemsley.
