Yeah, the price is why I didn't stick with them. A couple pick experiments, and I could have bought a pedal.

I tried a couple other weird ones back in the day, and the Jazz III/Ultex combination seems to work. They're readily available and not too expensive.

  3. I've scared my wife a couple times with the gibberish I spout in the middle of the night. I haven't sleepwalked since I was ten years old or so, but I sleeptalk a lot, not just babbling in my sleep, but I'll roll over and start having nonsensical conversations with her while I'm sleeping. She's used to it, and it's usually good for a laugh in the morning.

I'm a sexsomniac as well. I've woken up mid-deed several times, annoyed that she's bothering me since I have to work in the morning, and apparently I've started it every time. Other times I don't wake up at all. Just do my business completely unconscious of it, and wake up with no memory whatsoever.

I hope my daughter doesn't get up to anything like the OP described, if only for my wife's sake. Between me and the kid, she'll never sleep again. icon_lol.gif
