I'm pretty sure that's a Revolver although the only time I've seen them sold under that name they had Floyds. I have one also, but it's H-H with a fixed bridge (yes, it has the sustainer).

Normally, you would want to contact the seller so he could file a damage claim. Sending it back may screw that up. I don't think he deserves that kind of consideration at this point, though. You should probably discuss this with your credit card company. Let them tell you how to procede in accordance with their rules. I think at this point I would gladly pay the $10 return shipping to be rid of the situation. If you do ship at your expense, make sure it's insured and trackable. If you return it at his expense, be sure to get the tracking number before sending it.
