I have an FG345 circa 1979. Great guitar for the money. Solid spruce top and laminate rosewood back and sides. Sounds great after 25 years. I still use it for the "loaner" guitar at the open mics I host. Things built like a tank, I'll never part with it.
Ian Anderson (Jethro Tull). The guy is probably one of the most underappreciated acoustic guitarists of all time because he's more famous for playing flute on one leg. His chops are incredible
(listen to Salamander) and there is just something about his playing the hits the right chord with me. He has inspired me more than any other acoustic player.
Nancy Wilson (heart) and too shabby either... for a girl:D

Ooops! My bad! I just looked and mine's a FG345, sorry!
I bought mine new in 1979. Nice guitar for the money, solid spruce top, rosewood back and sides. Still use mine at open mics and camping trips, built like a tank.
