  7. I workout to the sound of my feet dancing on lizard skulls.
  8. I guess its just me but if i was going to go with something that would hide my sloppyness id rather play clean then with a saturated lead tone. man I have to say this is completely the opposite for me. Clean shows every little nuance and distortion and delay are just like a blanket of noise that covers up a lot of that stuff. That said I use a lot of dirt and delay... I'm not sure but I think delay is the work of the devil too.
  9. I think distortion and fuzz are crutches for most of the guitarists on this forum. I love compression on a clean electric tone, and it has nothing to do with any inadequacies in my playing. It's the way I like a guitar to sound. for the record, I said nothing about compressors and inadequacies. I said they are the work of the devil lets face it, no one sells their soul to the devil for inadequate playing!
  10. There's a "what do compressors do?" thread every week or two. and
  11. I understand it, I just don't need it. I think it has something to do with compressing something, maybe it makes neutron stars... and really who wouldn't want their own neutron star?
  12. Its not a crutch if you don't use it as one. I think it's just about the least understood effect out there. yeah, I can see how it's so misleading with that name. Real hard to tell what it does.
  13. Because she's not strictly going an octave down every time. oh yeah, I listened to the clip... is this really something that astounding?
