  1. ZVex did some cool stuff with the probe series and the sequenced pedals, but long before those he became famous for a 5 knob fuzz face and a boost circuit taken from an old mixing desk schematic. Hardly game changers. How long have you been playing guitar and buying pedals? ZVex was making those products 15-20 years ago when there was nothing like them out there. The massive amount of builders out there now makes the original boutique guys seem less innovative but consider that the Fuzz Factory came out in the early 90s and it puts a lot in perspective. Devi was probably playing a recorder in elementary school then.
  2. Devi alluded to making north of $200k last year in a thread awhile back so it's kind of mystifying why she'd need to raise such an absurd amount to produce one pedal. That's kind of a vague statement. It's likely gross income and not profit. Also, not sure there is much Devi here. These big projects are all coming from INFANEM I believe. Ken designs them for Devi to produce under her larger and more established brand name. The silver rose was done that way.
  3. This is a tandem build for something a guy custom ordered. I dont normally build Vox Tone Benders but I made a pair and this is the extra one. Small box build with a fat switch and fancy decal graphics. Sports a pair or NOS 2N404 transistors that sound delightful. These just hit unity volume at max level so keep that in mind if you need something that boosts your amp as well. $169 shipped Schumann Lion Killer high output overdrive/distortion pedal Sounds rad on bass and guitar Has a unique sort of bass boost function on one side which saturates the signal more This is a rare custom version with a master volume installed by Schumann Be the only guy on your street... er... city... state to have one Could go for some cool trades: Cool Skreddy pedals Strymon Timeline Other funky/neat stuff Otherwise - $450 shipped PM if interested
  4. Ibanez RG7620 with professional Desert Yellow finish on the body. Neck and body are both in good shape. A few small marks on the body (one on face above neck pickup, one on the edge of the lower horn on the back, two small ones inside the treble-side neck pickup screw mounting space) Lo pro Edge is in very good shape and all hardware is 100% functional Pickups are a D-Activator in the bridge and a Blaze Custom in the neck. Low action, plays great! HSC included. $550 + $40 shipping in the U.S. Not really looking for trades. Trying to raise funds for a JP6 or an ESP Horizon
  5. Basic Audio Fender Blender. All original spec components. Switches for true bypass and octave on/off. Tone boost is always active which is for the best IMO. This pedal sounds really pissed and awesome $90 Highway 89 Fuzz. This is supposed to sound like a Dr. Z Route 66 but I think its more like a tonebender with control over bass and treble and a whole lot of gain. Does great rock tones with ease and you can control the gain from your volume knob pretty well. $70 Marshally distortion/OD Sounds like a cranked Plexi on the brilliant channel $70 Ramping Vibrato Twin speed univibe effect with a ramping switch to sweep between the two speeds. True bypass $249 AKMtOCGOVU4
  6. $5 shipping no matter how many you buy. Take $10 for each extra pedal (more than one). All of these are neat and clean builds with good parts and sturdy construction. Let me know if you have any questions. Morley Compact Volume Pedal w/ added IC buffer. If you need a small volume pedal that can also buffer your signal path and keep everything crisp and clear then this would work well for you. Good shape and not scratchy. $90 Holoflake Mosfet boost. This is exactly what you think it is. $75 Built and calibrated BYOC 1 second analog delay. Brushed and polished finish and simple stamped labels. $125 shipped MXR Micro Amp
  7. I usually wrap amps in garbage bags, then a blanket, and then padd with newspaper. Bubble wrap is plastic. Plastic is technically a petroleum product. Do the math
  8. oh. well then you fail. Please. This is a thread for SPAM only. I dont want to discuss my listing with you unless you want to buy.
  9. I dont have any but that is part of the manufactured hype.
  10. I dont even know where to start with this pedal. Its ridiculous. Too ridiculous for me. There are more phase sounds in this pedal than I have ever found in another product. It will do envelope control of anything. Several settings for different amounts of stages. Fast and slow rate ranges (gets into ring mod territory. Sample and Hold/Square Wave/Triangle Wave settings. Resonance and depth controls. Frequency range so you can tune it for any input source (keys, vocals, guitar, bass...) There is more than that but I digress. Photo below. Box and adaptor included. $280 shipped. Trades/Partial trades? A Maxon PH350 would be cool. Maybe a treble booster of some sort? A Skreddy Mayo couldn't hurt either. A ZVex Octane 3 could suit me just fine too. Maybe you have a Deluxe Memory Man that would suit my fancy. An XO Qtron + would be considered... cool/obscure fuzzes appeal to me as well. Try me and Ill let you know if Im interested. Thanks dudes!

  12. The semi-ultimate OD/Distortion/Fuzz/Boost starter kit with bonus modulation! TS808 Clone with diode switching (deep blue) Triangle Muff w/ all the fancy vintage parts (orange sparkle) Rat clone (cool green sparkle box) Marshall Guv'nor clone (black holoflake) MXR Micro Amp Boss CE5 Everything here for $sold pending payment
  13. Sweet I just got the email and sent payments!
  14. Sovtek is usually almost straight bassman or straight JCM800 with minor changes. I belive the tube midget is the Bassman and the Mig 50 and 100s are JCM800s with verious gain structures.
  15. Sig dudes! Pigtronix stuff for the funk kingdom!

  17. you need lubrication honey...
  18. Word, I wasnt expecting basic things like straps or strings but something like an amplifier pro review by a studio engineer or a giggine musician would be good. Something like a long term car review where the person uses the amp for a full tour or an extended period of time. Even something like a line of effects would be cool. The pro audio stuff has been cool though and I enjoy reading it because I do a lot of live sound work in local clubs.
  19. Pro reviews seem to be very slanted towards pro audio equipment. Will there be any upcoming reviews that branch out from the recording or pro audio industries?

For my designs, there's no discernable difference whether I use aluminum or steel for my chassis. I was relieved to discover this, since I'd used both types of material and had to decide on what to use for a new chassis. My options were open at that point. Oh my mistake, I meant to quote deusentrieb saying "no one would call a diezel noisy." I couldnt figure out why you kept saying stuff about chassis design until i went back.
