  1. I think it sounds decent. However, personally I'd want something with a modern high-gain voicing. And more gain. If you can make it sound like something in the vein of a Soldano SLO lead channel, then I'd definitely buy it. Well, depending on the price, of course. Don't get me wrong, I don't mean it has to sound like some particular brand-name amp. I would be perfectly fine if your amp had its own voicing as long as it falls into the modern high-gain category. Also a 2-channel amp (clean and lead) would be close to perfect. Footswitchable. I also agree with some comments earlier about the amp being more of a practice amp rather than for recording. Obviously, if the amp is marketed as a recording amp, it implies it is of higher quality, when a practice amp creates an impression of something cheap and not very good sounding. But as for what I would use it for, it would be to practice by myself to a metronome or a drum machine. (in other words it doesn't have to be loud enough to compete with a live drummer).
