If i had to pick something i guess it would be a Parker Fly...for a guy who is embedded in heavy metal rhythm playing with a big ol mahagony guitar with the occasional "clever pentatonic" solo, it seemed like way too much "shred/jazz" for me....it was awesome though.

There has been alot of goofy stuff latley and alot of sarcastic follow ups....we have been getting off track...im posting in these threads so im part of the problem too....case in point..the other day i started a thread asking about the EMG 81X.....no responses...then someone posts a troll thread about how much Gibson/Fender sucks and its up to four pages in an hour?? WTF

I have gotten discouraged, but always find myself not being able to stop..lol...it usually is my own fault not practicing as much or the way i should due to never having enough time, but i always go right back to playing..my band situation can get frustrating if we are dealing with issues getting together or in our current state of breaking in a new drummer, who seems to be working out awesome thank god

Eddie does what he does, and he does it well. He isn't going to change, people want old school Van Halen and they're getting it. Their days of trying to win new fans are long gone, they're out there pleasing the old ones which is good to see. They're not trying to reinvent themselves every album like some other bands while their fans cry out for what made them popular. Well said my good man...well said.

+1 on the Deans man...i mean they just make the guitars look like toys...very hard to take them seriously with that headstock IMO..the new ones like on Mustaines and Batios sig models are MUCH better.
