  1. I'll have to give one a play. Not too into the looks of them, but I'm sure there's a few around that looks more traditional. The Eclipse has more of a traditional look than the EC series, but either can be had with passive pickups - either a JB/59 set or Duncan Alnico II Pros. Extra jumbo frets, excellent craftsmanship.
  2. Then my recommendation becomes even more relevant.
  3. Not sure if serious or trolling. I don't know too much about them. School me? Not trolling. Serious as a heart attack. http://www.espguitars.com/guitars/esp-standard/eclipse2-series.html http://www.musiciansfriend.com/guitars/esp-standard-series-eclipse-ii You could save a little cash and get one of these - easily one of the best guitars I have ever owned: http://www.espguitars.com/guitars/ltd-standard-deluxe/ec-1000fm.html
  4. Early Crue is my teen years, Shout At The Devil. That was cool, or I was just high. I voted Spoon Man.
  5. I have owned both. I like the MIMs better because I hate the two point trem on MIAs. There are queens and dogs with both. The pickups are better on MIAs, and the neck has more attention given to them.
  6. I do not get the Clapton dislike. Most people react against other people's opinion of him, not what he has presented himself as. He has tried things, some good, some not. At the end of the day, Clapton is a great blues player. Nothing more or less.
  7. define "few". There have to be a good 20,000 of them out there. He's been making them and nothing else for 16 years now. Wrong. There's only six int he world and I own four of them. Supply and demand.
  8. +1 for Smithshred. Good communication, smooth transaction, no surprises.
  9. Damn - that's too hot. Flames, too! I'm very jealous. HNGD!
  10. might be trying to get your address come and make sweet love to you, prison style, one night. fixed
  11. If they did pull the "it was stolen" it's not like you have electronic evidence of prior contact.
  12. That's why I play LTD's EC series. I just can't get used to Gibsons (the feel or the price), and the EC series is like a perfect mix between the body of an LP and the neck of a Strat.
  13. Sharp fret ends are a training tool used to teach girly-handed bitches how to relax their grip and not strangle the guitar's neck as they play. lulz
  14. Those frets were not sharp, they were aerodynamically engineered for maximum speed with minimal wind drag.
  15. Hellz naw - plain top LPs are the sexiest of all LPs.
  16. Only one, a Fender Bassman 10. Loved that amp, but needed the cash.
  17. Either confirm it's fake and state exactly why with evidence or shut the {censored} up. ^^^^^^^^^ Either the lister or his brother
  18. It's not 100% fake. The case looks real.
  19. Love LLB. They are tight. Henry is an awesome player, very tasteful, and doesn't just whack off for the heck of it.
  20. What I have found, and it may or may not be the case here, is that when someone with a good rep has something like this happen there are circumstances that have intervened. I'm neither supporting nor condemning, just giving my personal experience. YMMV.
