    how about something like the MXR Micro Amp? could i use something like this to boost my volume? http://guitars.musiciansfriend.com/product/MXR-M133-Micro-Amp-Pedal-?sku=151104 i like the sound of my rat.. just want something to boost my volume for solos I use this live, it would be perfect for what you want.
