Wow...some pretty harsh words for a singer who's been around a very long time. I've seen two shows on this tour. The first night, Coverdale was struggling. the next, he was ON. And both times put on a very entertaining show and really seemed happy to be playing again. He was joking around and genuinely showed he was having a lot of fun. Whitesnake hasn't played the states in a very long time.
If the OP knew what he was talking about. Coverdale has been battling laryngitis the past week or so and they had to cancel a few shows last week, so cut the guy a break, will ya? And, frankly, Whitesnake has some incredible songs in their catalog. Still of the Night is STILL one of my favorite songs from that era, and I'm not even a die-hard WS fan.
{censored} boy singer? Really? He was one of the few "men" who could sing. And I believe if you called him that to his face he'd beat you silly and pour some cold British tea on ya to boot.
