What is the weight, and do you have the original parts? I don't know the exact weight, but what I can tell you is that it's one of the heaviest guitars I have ever held. I would expect nothing else from a Les Paul. If I had to guess...I'd say in the ball park of 10 lbs. give or take a couple. The only original parts I have personally are the original knobs. The guitar was modded before I received it.

hey, i have a Gibson RD you might be interested in... No floyd rose, but it has a 25.5 scale neck that is wide and flat... Its got active electronics which can make it sound crazy (or you can just mod it), and its vintage (1978) thus making it an investment for yourself... Its worth a little more than 1500$, but I've been trying to sell her for 1350$ due to the fact that the economy sucks... Let me know what you think... Its got a pretty different shape, which makes it stand out, and its about 8/10 cosmetically... HSC (not orig and fairly beat up) included. Appreciate the offer, but I think you could get a better deal for such a nice guitar if you just waited it out. I also may add that I don't want another Gibson. In all honesty, I don't like anything about them and when my father gave me this guitar, I told him I really didn't want it. But had to accept cause he didn't want to get rid of it himself. As said, interested in guitars such as Jacksons, ESPs, or Caparisons.
