  3. i WANT the stag knob.....it's on sale for $69 if it wasn't coming from CHINA...i would buy one. and happy new KLON day soon RCHP.....you're probably gonna DIG it......and in Nashville, you are almost REQUIRED to have one
  4. OK.......here's the deal on this one. My wife is a HUGE fan of the band, member of Aeroforce One, and she WON this years ago. It was the GRAND PRIZE at one of the big biker Toy Runs that Aerosmith supports down here in south florida. Epiphone EB-3 in black, near mint condition, has never been gigged, and still has the original strings on it from when she won it! This was one of Tom's basses, he had a few of them. He customized it with his "Obscenies" characters on the pickguard, and also signed it big and bold in silver sharpie. "Epiphone EB-3 SG Bass EB-3 SG features include chrome hardware, 34" scale, 1.65" nut width, set neck joint, solid mahogany body and neck, rosewood/dot fingerboard." This is a GREAT playing bass.....neck is sort of smaller, like a jazz bass. Cool EB-3 style electronics. Everything works as it should. She doesn't want to let go of it, but with the economy the way it is, we have to. $499 shipped and paypalled. Comes with fender gigbag. USA only, unless you want to spring an extra $150 for shipping.
  5. Greeny -- best of the 1960s Brit blues guys. NO EXCEPTION. yep.
  6. FS: very clean condition Seymour Duncan pickups: SSL-1 true single coil strat pickup, black cover, was in neck position of my guitar and has LONG leads, $35 shipped. Trembucker -- Seymour Duncan humbucker model, black in color, very clean with plenty of lead length, was in bridge position, these early Trembuckers with the cool looking polepieces aren't made like this anymore, I see them selling for more than the new ones on evilbay....$50 for this one -- this I believe is the BLUES SARACENO model, it has enhanced mids and a very high output. it SCREAMS! Take them BOTH for $80 shipped! These came out of my early 90s GMW guitar, and sounded quite good together. The SSL-1 reminded me how much i miss TRUE single coils......but i don't miss the hum The Trembucker is a nice, rich, cutting sort of humbucker with plenty of gain and tone. trades considered for Dimarzio PAFs, PAF Pros, FREDS......otherwise, paypal ONLY, thanks!
  7. george is STILL a great guitar player, STILL has it in spades, and is one of my fave players from 80s LA...... don dokken was never my fave singer......and i thought dokken was kinda cheezy because of him. i listened to that band only to hear george
  8. that was awesome lolworthy for sure. thought it would be "cool story bro".......but no........it was awesome!!! "what's your fave slayer album???":lol:
  9. waiting for paypal's response. Bobby D's helping me as well. i need any more info you can give me......phone number is a T Mobile cell number...it would cost some $$$ to get the billing info on that number, unfortunately....
  10. Turigilano, if you talked to him on the phone, p0st his phone # NO! that would not be cool if we gotta track him down, just PM me ALL the information you have on him, and we will see if we can make him come out of hiding

  12. you KNOW i got your back, Turg....let me know what happens with paypal. if we need to track this guy down, it will be done
  13. That was a nice read, many of the points there contribute to why I record everything (even a practice run) you never know when the best take will happen. that's why i will many times LIE to the performer, tell them we're just gonna do a quick runthru, and record it anyway
