...guys -- please -- for pete's sake -- take out some INSURANCE on your gear. I can't believe I'm reading posts about entire studios being cleaned out, and no mention of insurance. If you can afford to buy the gear, you can afford the insurance. It's chump change compared to having to replace a single guitar or amp. And any police officer will tell you: the chances of getting back highly portable and easily resold items like this are slim to none. If you get ripped off, first place to check is eBay. But protect yourself first: take pictures of ALL YOUR GEAR, record the serial numbers, and insure the expensive stuff. love, dad
