Uh, figured bass went out with the nineteenth century. Of course we're force-fed it in music schools as part of theory class, but that doesn't mean it's in any kind of common use for pop or jazz (or even "classical" these days). The chord name depends on context--in a passage of "slash" chords, it would be E/A; in a passage of tertian chords, it would be A Maj9(no3); in a passage of sus chords, it would be Asus2(add M7). And I suppose, given the right context, those other oddball names could apply too.
