C.F. Martin & Co., Inc. has announced an innovative addition to the Martin SP acoustic string product line, the all new Martin SP® LIFESPAN. Treated with Cleartone® proprietary technology, Martin SP LIFESPAN string sets bring you the longest possible string life without sacrificing the legendary tone or natural feel of Martin SP strings.

Designed to repel the oils and dirt that can deaden strings, all six strings are treated to preserve the natural Martin SP sound and feel that players prefer. Martin SP LIFESPAN strings treated with Cleartone® proprietary technology will be available August 2010.
