New BYOC Kit: Color Booster

The Color Booster kit from BYOC is a clone of the Colorsound Power Boost (or also called the Overdriver).  Any serious Floyd fan knows you need one of these to cop Gilmour's tone, but it's much more than that.  The 2-band Baxandall EQ makes this a great pre-amp.  The NOS BC109 transistors provide an amazing range of distortion, from light tube-like overdrive to complete saturation.  And the addition of a master volume knob lets you control the amount of grit without affecting the overall volume.  And did we mention how loud this thing is?  OMG!  If you like loud boost pedals, this is probably one of the loudest.
