New Passport Deluxe Systems from Fender

Fender Audio introduces the latest innovation to its line of Portable Sound Systems, The Fender Passport. With two new deluxe models debuting at this winter's NAMM show in Anaheim --the Passport Deluxe 150 and Passport Deluxe 250--Fender Audio looks to re-revolutionize the art of portable personal sound systems with new technology, upgraded speakers and user friendly connections for all of today's modern audio sources.

First introduced in 1997, the Fender Passports have re-defined the idea of the all-in-one portable sound system. Fender Passports have garnered worldwide attention and have earned such prestigious awards as the 2000 Industrial Design Excellence Award, the Acoustic Guitar magazine's 2000 Player's Choice Award, and the 1999 Music and Sound Award from Music and Sound Retailer magazine, to name a few.

With the new Passport Deluxe 150 and Passport Deluxe 250, Fender Audio has significantly raised the bar even higher.

The innovative Deluxe Speaker Array Design offers clear and bright sound quality in any application from musical performances to board room presentations. With its extraordinary feedback rejection capability, the Passport Deluxe also allows the speakers to be placed behind the user, eliminating the need for a separate monitor speaker.

Its ergonomic design will fit into any sized automobile for easy portability, and it allows anybody to set up or break down the system in less than five minutes. The two speakers simply unlatch from and connect to the power tower with two thirty-foot 1/4" to 1/4" cables, and the Fender P-51 dynamic cardioid microphones is connected with twenty-foot XLR to XLR mic cables, all of which are included.

For outdoor venues, both the Passport Deluxe 150 and the Passport Deluxe 250 are equally effective in broadcasting superior sound quality to medium sized audiences. Both models can also run at full power off of the included battery power by using the optional DC converter accessory.

The input mixer on the power tower is ideal for any of today's most hi-tech audio sources. CD, cassette and DVD players, computers or any other audio sources are easily connected by plugging into the mic/line or stereo inputs.
