Heritage Releases Special Run of Masterbuilt Custom Guitars

ANAHEIM, Calif. Jan 24, 2019—Heritage Guitars (http://www.heritageguitars.com), the guitar makers known for crafting fine American-made instruments at the legendary 225 Parsons Street factory, today released four unique Masterbuilt custom shop guitars. The collection, overseen by longtime Heritage Guitars Master Builder, Pete Farmer, features extraordinary pieces carefully crafted using special materials, design cues, and a deep attention to detail. This combination delivers instruments that are truly unique and of exceptional quality.

“Custom guitars are our legacy and I’m very excited to bring this collection of specially crafted Kalamazoo-made guitars to the world,” said Pete Farmer, Master Builder at Heritage Guitars. CUSTOM H-137 ($2799.00): This unique solid body H-137 features a beautifully figured curly maple veneer finished in a stunning Neptune blueburst laid over a solid one-piece genuine mahogany body. Additionally, the fretboard and head veneer have been inlaid with abalone and mother of pearl accents.

CUSTOM H-150 ($3999.00): A twist on a vintage favorite, this H-150 is reminiscent of the 1950s with a few modern touches. The genuine mahogany body was specially selected to be lightweight for maximum comfort without chambering and sacrificing sustain. A set of Lollar Soapbar P-90s have been paired with a Throbak wiring harness to provide tone that dreams are made of.

CUSTOM H-155M ($4599.00): This truly custom semi-solid body guitar has been blacked out from head-to-toe and features a curly maple top finished in a  washed translucent black that plays well with deep ebony accents and mother of pearl inlay work that includes a skull and crossbones paired with coffin-diamonds that run down the fretboard. Custom voiced and scarred Motor City Pickups finish off this eerie guitar.

CUSTOM EAGLE CLASSIC ($6999.00): traditional Kalamazoo archtop design has been carefully altered to a 16 inch wide and 2-¾ inch thick body. The curly maple body is classically adored with a burnt amber finish and a natural Sitka spruce top along with multiple binding and gold hardware. This archtop is the perfect compliment for the professional musician on the go.
