Ernie Ball® Music Man's most versatile guitar, the Steve Morse signature model, is now available in either opaque black or translucent blueburst.

The guitar is named for six-time Grammy nominee, Steve Morse, and is built to his exacting specifications. Renowned for his diverse playing style that mixes rock, jazz, classical, and country, Steve is considered one of the greatest and most versatile guitarists of all time. Morse first gained international fame with the Dixie Dregs, a group he formed while attending college at the University of Miami. With a career that spans over twenty years, Steve now finds himself writing, recording, and touring as a member of the legendary rock band, Deep Purple. He also continues to tour and record with the Dregs and his own Steve Morse Band.

The Steve Morse guitar has four pick-ups with eleven combinations and comes with a tune-o-matic bridge and custom tail piece that is unique to all other Music Man® guitars. With these features and the electronic package it contains, the Steve Morse guitar has the ability to produce a wide array of tones. The suggested retail price continues to be $1,500.

The Ernie Ball Company was the first to offer rock strings with the creation of Slinkys, and further revolutionized the market by offering guitarists Custom-Gauge single strings.
