    Batter Badge® Model BB-TPHD Triad Pad™ HD

Industrial Designer and Drummer, Eric "Baron" Behrenfeld, owner of Slug Percussion products,   is celebrating his company's 20th Anniversary with the release of a brand new patented Armourphragm design for bass drumheads. The TRIAD PAD HD is a Heavy Duty impact pad incorporating an exclusive Poly-Gel manufacturing process which bonds a triangular shaped .01" thick polycarbonate film impact pad with a virtually indestructible 1/8" impact gel disk in it's center. The vented Triad Pad shape allows for natural flexing of the bass drumhead when struck with a foot pedal beater. The compact design also allows for being used as a pair for double pedals. The Triad Pad HD works with any drumhead and bonds permanently with high strength adhesive backing. Taking over 3 years of development to perfect, the Triad Pad HD was personally tested by Baron for a year and a half prior to manufacturing. It is designed for extreme kick drum play, providing maximum protection from beater damage and increasing beater punch. This model Batter Badge® Armourphragm™ is ideal for hard plastic, metal, and wood beaters for extreme play and maximum impact force. This first of it's kind impact pad design has a unique satisfying feel when played upon, letting the drummer play without worry of damaging the bass drum head and getting sounds out of the kick drum never before possible with existing conventional designs.

Triad Pad Model BB-TPHD MSRP $16.95 available from drum equipment distributors and retail dealers
