Basson Sound, a San Diego based manufacturer of Guitar & Bass cabs, introduced their line of Bass cabs. From the 300 Watt single 15", the 500 Watt 2x10", the 1,000 Watt 4x10" and the 2,000 watt 8x10" Earthquake, these cabs pack a punch.

Bass cabs use custom made, 200 oz. speakers in all models with 500+ Watts of power. An Eminence Bass Speaker is used in the single 15" cab.

Select cabs have installed horns that are switchable ON/OFF for the bassist who wants the choice of playing at higher or lower tone. Most cabs are available at 4 or 8 Ohm, and have a low end frequency response between 28Hz -- 40Hz depending on the cabinet. All are covered in durable black carpeting and have a polished silver on black logo, recessed metal handles, black corner protectors and casters on some models.

Basson cabs are constructed out of MDF with butt end joints which are reinforced with 1 1/4" braces along all seams. Each cab is made by hand and glued and screwed together for maximum durability.

These cabs are selling direct from the factory in San Diego for a limited time from $240 through $895. The 4x10" model is also available as a full stack. A five-year manufacturers warranty is included with each cabinet.
