Humbucker out of Phase?

I just installed the GFS Power Rails humbuckers in my guitar and the neck

pickup is drastically louder than the bridge pickup. There is also a

strange sound when using the 3 way switch. I put together a recording:

In that recording i never changed volume between switching from neck to bridge.

I used the wiring guide from Seymour Duncan for 1 volume and 1 tone

potentiometer since the wiring guide that came with the pickups was

for 2 volume and 2 tone pots. It can be found here:

Is my bridge pickup out of phase? If so, what should I do to fix it?

providing you have followed the diagram correctly then there shouldnt be a problem. i doubt the gfs pickups have the same colour coded wires as duncan pups, so make sure the colour codes are correct and you know what each wire is doing. if the pickup sounds out of phase then just swap the wire that you earthed for the hot wire.
if its a coil tappable pickup you may have wired one of the coil tap wires as hot and hence only a single coil sound.also check your pickup height.
your problem will be 1 of the above im sure......j

I appreciate it moestavern. I'll try switching the green and black wires and see how it works.

UPDATE: I tried switching the green and black wires. Same thing happens. I think there might be a problem with the bridge pickup because when touching it with a screwdriver it has noticeably weaker magnetic pull than the neck pickup. Isn't it supposed to be stronger magnetic pull if it's supposed to be louder pickup?
