Was there any sort of headstock padding or protection inside the case? Or was it just banging around in there? If it wasn't secured inside the case, you can hardly fault FedEx for that. It was packed very well for this specific purpose. This is the second time that it was shipped and damaged in that area. It was packed well before, but this time it was packed like a super tank. Lots of padding around the headstock and the body was wedged so that it shouldn't move (the TKL case doesn't allow for much room in the headstock area with this design). It was put in the TKL case, put in a peanut packed box, then doubleboxed/peanut jobbed. Still happened though.... Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
