Members Ancient Mariner 81
My MIJ Strat and either my Washburn A20, Godin xtSA or Tokai Les Paul. The strat is a given, super versatile for everything from jazz through funk to moderate rock. The xtSA is super-versatile but lacks tonefulness compared to either the LP or the Washburn. The washburn is a real flame-thrower of a guitar, but toneful too and with great playability. The LP is a new acquisition, and although it's shaping up to be great, isn't quite there yet. Probably the Washburn then.

Members metalheadUK 1
I'd have a Tele and an LP. But thats unrealistic, as I would need at leasst 3, cos you have to have a Strat.

Members TBH 0
I only play various forms of metal, so there'd be no point in me getting a strat or something. I'd stick with my Ibanez and my incoming TTM custom.

Members Electric Monk 0
A US made Lonestar Strat (Pearly Gates bridge, texas specials mid and neck) and a 335. that'll do just about anything I can think of - jazz, blues, metal on the Lonestar - assuming the 335 couldn't do metal, and i don't think there'd be any problem with that.
